I’ve worked for innovative, relevant food and ag businesses, from well-raised beef brands to responsible aquaculture to organic dairy CPGs to controlled environment growing. I’ve succeeded in leadership positions in business development, marketing, and sales. My niche expertise spans everything from seafood transparency to soil health, and my relationships span the Intermountain West. At times I work with other trusted contractors who have specialized expertise, but because I aim for efficiency, responsiveness, and quick execution, I’m often a one-woman-show helping you reach your goals.
I once started a whole-animal cooking and butchery school to help connect the farmers and ranchers I know with interested consumers. I really care about food, but helping people is my purpose.
