I started Tasty Proteins to help good food companies find their voice, focus their strategies, and grow. You’ve put the work into your sourcing, your standards, your flavor. Now it’s time to build.

I bring deep industry insight and business acumen - and a healthy dose of humor - to help you grow with integrity and personality.

For the past decade or so, I’ve worked to build responsible food and ag businesses in a number of industries, from meat to seafood to produce. I’ve succeeded in leadership positions in business development, marketing, and sales. My niche expertise spans everything from seafood transparency to soil health, and my relationships span the Intermountain West. At times I work with other trusted contractors who have specialized expertise, but because I aim for efficiency, responsiveness, and quick execution, I’m often a one-woman-show helping you reach your goals.

On the side, I’ve been known to write for food and fishing magazines, teach skiing, and float down Western rivers. I once started a whole-animal cooking and butchery school to help connect the farmers and ranchers I know with interested consumers. I really care about food, but helping people is my purpose.
